Upper School Division Leaders Coaching Cohort

Join us for this new pilot program for upper school division heads that focuses on coaching and leadership development. Led by a certified executive coach and using a cohort model, participants will gain insights into managing change, navigating conflict, providing feedback, and nurturing themselves and their teams. The program will also include individual assessments using the Workplace Big Five Psychometric Profile, the gold standard in workplace optimization tools designed to identify a leader’s key competencies.

The program will include a required, in-person half-day workshop, five virtual group coaching sessions, and four individual sessions (virtual) with a certified coach.

 Michelle Bostian, a Board-Certified Coach and International Coaching Federation Coach, as well as a Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Team Coach and Certified Confidence Coach, will lead this year-long program.
