2023 Heads Retreat     

This year’s Retreat will explore the question of purpose for our schools and for our work as leaders.The Retreat will feature keynotes by Denison University president Adam Weinberg and Edward E. Ford Foundation Executive Director John Gulla, a half-day workshop with StoryCorps, a panel of retired heads of school speaking on Life After Headship, and moderated affinity discussions for early and mid-career heads. Thursday's program will conclude with a festive evening of cocktails and dinner at Middleburg’s historic Red Fox Tavern. Take a sneak peek at the conference schedule here.
