COVID "KEEPERS" PART ONE: THE ORG CHARTAISGW is pleased to announce that Greg Bamford of Leadership+Design will be offering two separate opportunities for schools to examine practices and trends that emerged during the pandemic in order to determine which of these will become COVID "keepers." Details about the first program -- to be held in January for school leadership teams -- are below. Look for more information about a second opportunity for academic, admissions, development, and business leaders in early spring. The 2020-2021 school year has changed what schools are focused on. New needs have emerged; other needs may have been present all along, but are now harder to ignore. How can schools focus on what’s most important now, while stewarding limited resources? This interactive design thinking workshop is designed to help school leaders re-imagine their org chart. We’ll clarify what work needs to be done now, consider different models for organizing that work, play with new job titles, and prototype new org charts to better serve your needs. Workshop Goals and Outcomes:
Registration will be BY SCHOOL. Schools are encouraged to bring members of their leadership team including Heads of School, assistant heads, business officers and key decision-makers. This workshop will be most effective if multiple representatives from each registered school attend. Cost: $100 per school.Schools are encouraged to register everyone who plans to attend and will be billed $100 regardless of the number of attendees. Please contact Kevin Kelso for help registering multiple individuals. This event is for AISGW members only.
