Reconnect. Reaffirm. Renew.

This year’s Heads Retreat will focus on getting the best out of ourselves as school leaders and out of the people who lead alongside us during this unique transitional moment. Leadership educator and executive coach Kate Ebner will keynote the morning session, offering an opportunity for reflection on our own leadership as we transition ourselves and our communities away from the pandemic and into a new experience. The afternoon will include an interactive workshop facilitated by the Nebo Group discussing strategies and tips for cultivating a high-functioning, connected and happy leadership team.

We’ll also offer two pre-sessions on Thursday, one for early-career heads focusing on joy and affirmation in long-term headship and another that includes a legal update for all heads of school.

The Retreat will include the ever-popular opening cocktail party and dinner, both of which greatly enhance the Retreat experience and are highly encouraged.
