Building Your Personal Capacity:
Working Smarter and Not Harder

Via Zoom*

How should you be using your time today so you can raise more dollars tomorrow and decrease personal stress? Or to use that old cliché, how do we work smarter and not harder?

In this session, we will explain how fundraisers can manage their time, set realistic goals, and focus on building meaningful donor relationships. We will also explore the impact of proper organization and how the added stresses of our current times have affected the way we work through both trend data and discussion of best practices.

The session will address key topics such as:

  • Time management
  • Strategic appointment-setting and calendar-blocking
  • Personal accountability
  • Using data effectively
  • Tracking and reporting activity
  • Mindfulness in our everyday

Join us for this interactive presentation as we explore these critical topics and share practical and applicable tips that will improve your personal well-being, all while increasing dollars raised for your school.

This event is being offered free of charge for AISGW members, courtesy of The Curtis Group.
