Reset. Renew. Rebuild.

 rocks

For many senior leaders, the last two years have been among the most challenging of their careers, leaving them and their teams drained.

What does the way forward look like?

How can we renew ourselves, so we can generate the inspiration and energy characteristic of great leaders? And what can we do to rebuild the bonds among our teams?

Join us for four days this June to explore and answer these questions. In a cohort of other seasoned AISGW administrators, we will take a deep dive into the practices, strategies, and mindsets that distinguish the highest performing leaders and what they do to build outstanding, connected teams. Our work will draw from groundbreaking research in Leadership Studies, Organizational Psychology, and Resilience Theory, specifically tailored to the challenges and realities of independent schools.

We’ll be broad-minded and practical, transformative and strategic, as we create a space together to reset, renew and rebuild for the coming year!
